Started by three friends in 2006, Irie Bean is not just another coffee shop. We are a community of diverse people who share a bond through living life with an “irie” state of mind. Our goal is to provide an environment where positive vibes abound.
You’ll find quite a few options to find YOUR “irie” place here. You can enjoy coffee, espresso, beer, wine, tasty treats from local vendors, music, and community. Pull up to the bar inside, find a cozy spot on a couch, or enjoy a little nature on the lush back patio (one of S. Lamar’s hidden gems).

Coffee & Espresso:
All of our coffee is Certified Organic & Fair Trade and is locally roasted to ensure a great cup every time whether it’s a creamy latte or bold cup of dark roast.

Beer & Wine:
We offer a wide variety of local, domestic, & foreign beers & wines. We also have daily Happy Hour 4-8pm & a featured “Beer of the Month”.

Live Music & Events:
We have a wide range of events Wed-Sat evenings. Regular events include Yappy Hour (dog friendly happy hour) & a Community Drum Circle.
